I’m an empowerment coach and the founder of Alto+. For more than 15 years, my professional journey has centered on people, how they grow, what motivates them, and what holds them back from showing up fully in their lives and leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in mission-driven and leadership-focused spaces, supporting individuals as they navigate change, responsibility, and high expectations. What consistently stood out to me was this: even the most capable, accomplished people can struggle to trust themselves, name what they want, or feel empowered to act on it. I’ve always been drawn to understanding why, how lived experiences, systems, identity, and internal narratives shape our decisions and sense of agency.

I created Alto+ as a response to that insight. This work isn’t about fixing you or pushing you to become someone else. It’s about slowing down, getting honest, and reconnecting with your own clarity and inner authority. As an empowerment coach, I partner with clients to strengthen self-trust, navigate transitions, and move forward with intention, grounded in who they are, not who they think they should be.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for human motivation and complexity. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that honor both their goals and their values. Alto+ exists to create that space and to help you rise higher on your own terms.

I am also an educator, first generation latino scholar, world traveler, certified life coach, public speaker, author, and life-long learner, bringing curiosity, lived experience, and reflective practice into every coaching partnership.
